A consultant-led review of the agreed service and evidence, delivered on site or as a structured online review as agreed. Pre-review of agreed evidence; a discussion with provider/registered manager; record and evidence sampling; staff discussions; observation where appropriate and agreed. Review against the relevant CQC framework and applicable quality statements; closing feedback. An internal-readiness report covering scope, evidence, strengths, gaps and priority risks, plus a separate practical action plan with actions, owners and target dates. Travel expenses are extra, agreed in advance and quoted as a VAT-inclusive amount.
