Care managers reviewing a digital compliance checklist

In force — Owner approved 3 October 2026

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website from 3 October 2026. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

1. Who we are

MW Compliance Hub is a trading name of MW CARE 4 U LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15816816). Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Email: info@mwcompliancehub.com.

2. What you are buying

Each product page lists exactly what is included. In summary:

  • Document packs (PK-1 to PK-5) — digital templates and guidance, available to download or read in your account straight after payment.
  • Previously purchased registration support — the mapped resources, application support, one full application review and written feedback, as included in your order.
  • Where included in your existing registration support order, one 45-minute 1-to-1 consultation and one interview and inspection preparation session. Times are arranged with you after purchase.

We do not promise a response time, turnaround time, ongoing advisory period or unlimited support. Support is limited to what is listed for the package you bought.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total you pay at checkout.

3. What we do not guarantee

  • We do not guarantee CQC registration, inspection outcomes, ratings or any regulatory approval. Those decisions belong to the regulator.
  • Our materials are templates and guidance. They must be adapted to your own service and are not legal advice.
  • MW Compliance Hub is not endorsed, accredited or approved by the Care Quality Commission or any other regulator.

4. Digital content — cancelling and refunds

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once supply begins — but only if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. We ask for that request and acknowledgement at checkout and record it with your order. If you do not give it, you cannot complete an online purchase of an instantly available product.

This does not remove your other rights. If the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible or does not fix the problem, a price reduction or refund, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides.

Separately, we may at our discretion offer a refund in other circumstances, for example if you bought the wrong pack by mistake and contact us promptly. A discretionary refund is not guaranteed. When a purchase is refunded in full, access to the documents is withdrawn.

5. Support packages (RP-2 and RP-3) — cancelling

RP-2 and RP-3 combine digital content with services delivered by a person. The digital resources are covered by section 4. For the service elements you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you asked us to start the service within that period, we may deduct a fair amount for the service already provided — for example a completed application review, written feedback, consultation or preparation session.

After 14 days, or once all service elements have been delivered, the service cannot be cancelled for a refund, but your rights in respect of a service not performed with reasonable care and skill are not affected. To cancel, email info@mwcompliancehub.com with your order reference.

Consultations and preparation sessions are requests until a time is agreed with you; there is no booking calendar. If we cannot offer a suitable time we will refund the relevant service element.

6. Licence to use the documents

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one organisation to adapt and use the documents internally for its own regulated service or services.
  • You may edit, print and share the documents inside your organisation.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the templates outside your organisation, or present them as your own product.
  • Copyright in the original templates stays with MW CARE 4 U LIMITED.

7. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. For business customers, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

8. Complaints, law and courts

Please contact info@mwcompliancehub.com with any problem and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although a consumer living elsewhere in the UK may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
